The "Happy Child" Guarantee (Return Policy)

At curioSprout, we inspect every kit before it leaves our warehouse to ensure it is perfect for your little one. However, we understand that issues can happen during transit.

Our policy is simple: If it’s not right, we will make it right.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements

We offer a 7-Day Replacement Guarantee starting from the date of delivery. You are eligible for a free replacement or refund if:

  • The product arrived damaged or broken.

  • There are missing parts (e.g., missing coins or flashcards).

  • You received the wrong product.

Please Note:

  • To be eligible, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with the original packaging intact.

  • We do not accept returns for "change of mind" once the product seal is opened, due to hygiene and safety standards for children's products.

2. How to Initiate a Return

We have made the process hassle-free. You do not need to fill out long forms.

  1. Take a Photo/Video: clearly showing the damage or issue.

  2. Email or WhatsApp Us: Send the photo along with your Order ID to:

  3. Resolution: Our team will review your request within 24 hours. Once approved, we will arrange a free reverse pickup from your doorstep.

3. Refunds & Processing Timelines

Once we receive the returned item at our facility, we will inspect it.

  • For Prepaid Orders: The refund will be processed to your original payment method (Credit Card/UPI/Wallet) within 3–5 business days after inspection.

  • For COD Orders: We will ask for your bank account or UPI details to transfer the refund amount.

4. Cancellations

  • Before Shipping: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. If the order has not been dispatched, we will issue a 100% refund.

  • After Shipping: If the order has already left our warehouse, we cannot cancel it. You may choose to reject the delivery, and a refund will be processed (minus shipping charges, if applicable) once the package returns to us.
