At curioSprout, we know you are excited to get your learning kit. We pack every order with care and partner with India's most reliable courier services to ensure it reaches you safely.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Standard Dispatch: Orders placed before 12:00 PM IST are usually dispatched the same day.

  • Next-Day Dispatch: Orders placed after 12:00 PM are dispatched the next business day.

  • Working Days: We ship Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.

2. Delivery Timelines

Once your order is picked up by our courier partner, the estimated delivery time is:

  • Metro Cities: 2 – 4 Business Days

  • Rest of India: 4 – 7 Business Days

  • Remote Areas (J&K, North East): 7+ Business Days

Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates. Unforeseen delays due to weather, strikes, or high volume periods (like Diwali) may occur.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: We offer FREE shipping on all orders above ₹500.

  • Standard Shipping: A flat fee of ₹50 applies to orders below ₹500.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Yes! We accept Cash on Delivery.

  • COD is available for over 25,000 pin codes across India.

  • If our courier partner does not service your pin code for COD, we will contact you to arrange a prepaid method.

5. Order Tracking

  • As soon as your order ships, you will receive an Email and SMS/WhatsApp with your tracking number and a link to track the package live.

  • You can also track your order directly on our website under the "Track Your Order" menu.

6. Damaged or Open Packages

If your package appears tampered with, crushed, or open upon delivery, please do not accept it.

  • Ask the delivery agent to return it.

  • Immediately contact us at connect@curiosprout.com or WhatsApp +91 70139 76720, and we will ship a replacement immediately.
